Calibration of the granules

Equipment used to granulate dry and wet powders, to break out tablets and calibrate the granules.

​

Built in stainless steel AISI 316L, it works by a rotating system (horizontal impeller) that compresses the product against a perforated sheet. Driven by gear-motor.

​

Structure with multi directional wheels that facilitates its movement for cleaning. Accompanied by three perforated sheets (sieves) with diameters of 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm, and a  rotor for wet and dry.

• Rotor for high production (only dry);

• Frequency inverter;

• Funnel for product exit;

• Cover for rotor box;

• Calibrated Plate with 0.6 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm holes;

• Single-phase 220 volts;

• AISI 316L.
