DOUBLE SIGMA MIXERS
Mixers for dust and mineral salts.
Made of double arms, it mixes powders, dough and minerals from different natures with useful capacity 50, 100, 200 and 300 liters.
The arms rotate in the opposite direction to each other, allowing the mixture of materials of high and low viscosity to be uniform, consistent and homogeneous.
Equipped with an emergency button and a reversal key that increase the safety for the operator. It also has a timer to control the processing time.
Motor driven by 220 or 380 volts three-phase.
Manufactured versions for industrial and sanitary versions to be used in pharmaceutical laboratories and such, following the international GMP.
The machine is fully closed in brushed stainless steel in the sanitary version.
The parts of the machine that come in contact with the product are built entirely in stainless steel AISI 316L, or if the client prefers, it can be manufactured in AISI 304.
The mixers have an automatic discharge system with a reversal key that allows the box to achieve the inclination of 90°, making possible to easily discharge the product.
