It removes excess dust on tablets

It was built entirely in stainless steel with polished sanitary finish. It is an ideal equipment to remove excess dust from tablets after compression through aspiration.

 

For that reason, the equipment must be coupled to a vacuum or any other suction system.

Coupling for hoses with a diameter of 38.1 mm The entry and exit of tablets are easily adaptable through connections TC type.

The equipment is driven by gear-motor with variation in speed offered in three-phase or single-phase 220 Volts. It has multi direction wheels that allow easy equipment transportation for cleaning and handling.

The vertical model DES-3000 V can be used also for tablets lifting to other devices, such as bins and metal detectors. The tablets elevation is done by a nylon circular brush.
